Return Process

We are devoted to provide products of high quality and superior after-sale service to all customers. If you are not satisfied with the articles you received,  or there is any quality problem with the items. We guarantee to accept return request within 30 days after delivery.
Tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and your return reason. Show the photos of item(s)quality-related issue or wrong size etc.

1. Please email service@sexyzara.com in advance, and we will write back to you with a return address within 24 hours of the business day.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

5. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! You can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

6. We will refund you in a week after we received the parcel. Customers should assist us to get the returned parcel status and updated information.

Return Conditions

1. Items received within 30 days.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. All costs incurred by the return shall be borne by the customer.

For Exchanges:

Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

1: Purchase can be exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

2: Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all program.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchange.

Return Postage:
The return shipping postage is generally borne by the buyer, the specific freight is depending on the weight and value of your parcel, we advise that you ask for local post office for details.

Special Note:
If the customer chooses DHL logistics and the customer chooses to actively reject the package, the package will be directly destroyed, and Sexyzara will not make any compensation for this.
